Role summary

Lead small groups of middle- and high-school students on summer outdoor programmes that may include hiking, backpacking, bike touring, community service and writing. You will help create a supportive group environment where students build confidence, community and appreciation for the outdoors, while guiding them through trips lasting one to four weeks. Apogee provides training for its leaders. The work suits responsible, dynamic people who enjoy outdoor travel and can support young people’s personal growth and shared experiences.
