Role summary

Lead partnership work with farmers and land managers during the development of the Arnside & Silverdale Landscape Connections project. You will provide land management advice and support, build positive relationships, and develop proposals for nature recovery and inclusive access, from initial ideas through to delivery. The role calls for proven experience working with farming communities, knowledge of nature-friendly land management and agri-environment funding, and strong communication and organisational skills. The post is based in Arnside, with hybrid working and travel to sites across the landscape.
