Role summary

Lead Avon Needs Trees’ income-generation strategy, developing support from corporate partners, major donors and individual supporters while exploring new commercial opportunities. You will shape compelling fundraising propositions, strengthen supporter relationships and lead the fundraising team to achieve sustainable income growth. The role also includes developing the Biodiversity Net Gain offer at Lower Chew Forest. It is an opportunity to build partnerships and mobilise resources for woodland creation, nature recovery and lasting benefits for wildlife, climate and local communities.
