Role summary

Develop a skilled, connected and diverse volunteer community supporting nature across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. You’ll create volunteer development pathways, facilitate feedback panels, support succession planning and organise a programme of events, training and recognition. The role also involves check-ins with volunteer leaders, managing training records and data, and helping embed the volunteer portal. Applicants should understand volunteer management and legislation, engage and coach diverse groups effectively, and use feedback and data to improve the volunteer experience.
