Role summary
Advise farmers and landowners across the Bristol Avon catchment on practical changes that improve soil and water quality, biodiversity and farm resilience. Work includes farm visits and plans, identifying pollution risks, developing nature-based solutions, and bringing farmers together through clusters, events and workshops. You will also help deliver water-quality programmes, develop funded projects, work with partner organisations, and monitor and report on progress. The role calls for agricultural knowledge, trusted farmer relationships, project delivery experience and the ability to make advice workable for farm businesses.
