Do work that matters

Role summary

Lead habitat creation for the Marsh Mallow Moth Species Recovery Programme around Romney Marsh and Rye. You’ll coordinate propagation and planting of marshmallow plants with volunteers, nurseries and community groups, working with farmers, landowners and contractors to identify suitable sites, prepare them and plan ongoing habitat management. The role also includes project reporting, budget oversight, raising awareness of the moth and its habitat, and coordinating specialist and partner input. Experience delivering habitat projects and engaging landowners, contractors or volunteers would be valuable.
