Treescapes Agroforestry Officer
City of Doncaster Council
New job
Role summary
Support agricultural landowners across Doncaster to develop agroforestry, including hedgerows, shelterbelts, woodland creation and tree-planting schemes. You’ll advise landowners, carry out site visits and surveys, help prepare plans and grant applications, and promote the offer at events. The role also contributes to Doncaster’s Trees, Woodland and Hedgerow Strategy and its One Million Trees challenge. Significant agroforestry experience is sought, with a strong farming background or experience working with UK agricultural landowners particularly valuable.
