Role summary
Teach undergraduate chemistry at College of the Atlantic, designing foundational and topical instruction for students with a range of skill levels. Teaching will include general, organic and environmental chemistry, with scope to develop courses in areas such as green chemistry, geochemistry, biochemistry, food chemistry or materials science. The college seeks an active teacher who is interested in interdisciplinary collaboration. Applicants need prior teaching experience and a PhD in chemistry or a related field by the anticipated September 2027 start date.
