Lead the management and future development of Looe Island, putting conservation at the centre of decisions while overseeing staff, volunteers and the visitor experience. The role combines practical leadership with responsibility for protecting wildlife, welcoming visitors and helping create a sustainable future for the island. The Trust is open to applications from two people wishing to share the position, with hours and responsibilities agreed to suit the arrangement.
