Role summary

Maintain and manage Deer Hill Expeditions’ 160-acre property, buildings, facilities and fleet of vans, trucks and trailers. The work includes vehicle diagnosis and repair, carpentry, plumbing, irrigation and grounds care, basic electrical tasks, and maintenance of power tools and small engines. The manager will also provide leadership and mentoring in a team-based environment. Useful experience includes large vehicles, trailers or plough trucks, practical repair skills, organisation and initiative. The full-time position starts on 1 February 2027.
