Role summary

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance’s philanthropy programme. The Senior Director oversees major and principal gifts, annual and mid-level giving, planned giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, donor engagement and campaign readiness. The role leads and develops fundraising and support staff while maintaining a portfolio of major and transformational donors. It is a senior leadership opportunity within the Philanthropy team, requiring experience across fundraising strategy, donor relationships and team development.
