Role summary

Lead Fauna & Flora’s Research & Insight function, shaping donor intelligence, due diligence, CRM insight and analytical processes to support growth in philanthropic, trusts and foundations, and private-sector fundraising. You will work across fundraising and wider organisational teams to strengthen pipelines, embed evidence-led decisions and ensure insight is used consistently and responsibly. The role suits someone experienced in leading teams and developing organisational practice, with the ability to use research and analysis to support fundraising strategy.
