Educational Farm Manager

Role summary
Run the Green River Preserve farm, managing daily planting, harvesting, weeding, watering and maintenance while creating educational opportunities for school groups and summer programmes. You will share farm and horticultural knowledge with visiting students and campers, and supervise counsellors, mentors, interns and campers during farm activities. The role requires organisation, leadership and a warm, engaging approach to teaching and supporting young people. It combines hands-on farm management with environmental education for around 1,000 annual visitors.
