Role summary

Lead the next chapter of an accredited wildlife park at the western entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee animal care and conservation programmes, lead fundraising and financial management, and supervise a team of 40–50 full-time and seasonal employees. The organisation is seeking an experienced senior leader from a nonprofit, zoological, wildlife or visitor-serving organisation, with strong skills in management, budgeting, fundraising and board relations, and a commitment to animal welfare and conservation.
