Role summary
Lead hands-on excavation and control works for Japanese knotweed, bamboo and other invasive plants, operating a 360 excavator and working alongside a small gang. You’ll set up sites, supervise operatives, install root barriers, manage contaminated material and complete waste paperwork. The role also requires safety and plant checks, photographic records and professional contact with clients. Applicants need excavation experience, a suitable under-10-tonne excavator certificate, a CSCS card, a full driving licence and experience supervising a small team.
