Role summary

Provide hands-on leadership across the Henry L Ferguson Museum and its Land Trust as both organisations grow. The Executive Director will oversee programmes and partnerships alongside increasingly complex operations and administration, supporting a team of full- and part-time staff. The position will guide the museum’s work and management of entrusted lands, while working with the Board to meet the needs of an expanding organisation. Experience leading teams and managing organisational growth will be important.
