Role summary
Oversee recruitment campaigns and deliver confidential, end-to-end HR administration throughout employees’ time with the Trust. You’ll provide a professional and welcoming employee experience, complete HR records and processes, and support the HR Manager with projects, digital transformation and delivery of the Trust’s strategy. The work is varied and requires relevant HR experience, independence, professionalism and a collaborative approach, with equality, diversity and inclusion central to the role.
