Role summary
Lead Louisville Grows’ urban forestry work, planning and supervising tree planting and ongoing care across residential and other properties. You will recruit and train Citizen Foresters and volunteers, develop community partnerships, and build relationships with residents. The role requires expertise in arboriculture methods and equipment, alongside project-management, team-leadership and community-engagement skills. You will help expand access to greener, healthier neighbourhoods through practical tree-care work and collaboration with local communities.
