Role summary

Manage the Nashua River Watershed Association’s canoe, kayak and paddleboard rentals alongside its environmental education and recreation programmes. From April to October, oversee reservations, customer service and waterfront operations; hire, train, schedule and supervise seasonal staff and instructors; and manage equipment, safety procedures, river conditions and risk. The year-round, hands-on role also supports school and community programmes during the off-season, helping visitors connect with and protect their local watershed.
