Role summary

Lead the National Speleological Society’s operations and help shape its organisational development. The Executive Director will guide a membership organisation with more than 8,000 members and over 250 local chapters, supporting its work to connect people who explore, study and conserve caves. The role calls for a collaborative leader able to oversee a nonprofit organisation and work with its community as it advances its mission. The position is based in Huntsville, Alabama, with a hybrid arrangement.
