Role summary

Lead the Farming in Protected Landscapes programme for the Norfolk Coast, helping farmers and land managers develop projects that benefit climate, nature, communities and place. You’ll promote the programme, identify opportunities, guide applicants as they prepare proposals and support the assessment panel. Working with partners, you’ll coordinate technical advice and collaborative projects, then monitor funded projects’ delivery, budgets and outcomes against programme objectives. The role requires experience developing and delivering environmental projects and confidence building relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.
