Role summary

Lead North Wales Wildlife Trust’s finance and business support functions, providing strategic oversight of finance, administration, IT, facilities, property and organisational systems. Working with the CEO, Trustees and senior colleagues, you’ll strengthen financial planning and controls, support long-term sustainability, embed a new finance system and improve business processes. The role requires a qualified accountant with substantial senior finance leadership experience, confidence advising senior stakeholders and a track record in organisational change and team development.
