Role summary

Help lead and grow Northern Plains’ statewide grassroots organising programme in Montana. Working with the Director of Organizing, the Deputy Director will contribute to strategy, mentor organisers and help develop the leadership and agency of community members. The work centres on building collective power for lasting change and protecting the places Montanans call home. Applicants should bring experience in organising and campaigns, as well as the ability to support colleagues and build relationships across a grassroots movement.
