Role summary
Lead the day-to-day finances of the Permaculture Association, reporting to the CEO, trustees and budget holders as part of the management team. Duties include bookkeeping, payments, payroll, budgeting, cash-flow and management reporting, grant and donor financial reporting, fund management, statutory compliance and support for governance. You will supervise the Finance Officer, maintain controls and records, and improve financial systems. The role requires broad charity finance experience, including restricted funds, payroll, budgeting and reporting, as well as the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues.
