Role summary

Provide hands-on and strategic HR support to more than 600 employees across 42 states at Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever. The role is suited to someone who can help build processes in a growing organisation and act as a partner, coach and resource for employees and managers. The position offers scope to contribute to people, performance and workplace culture. It is hybrid, with three days per week at the headquarters in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, and is expected to start in November 2026.
