Role summary

Build and lead a planned giving programme supporting Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s wildlife conservation mission. The Director will cultivate and manage donor relationships, solicit legacy gifts, work with development colleagues to integrate gift planning into fundraising, and create outreach materials and educational events. They will advise on charitable giving options, maintain donor records and pipeline reports, and steward existing legacy supporters. Applicants need substantial fundraising experience, including at least two years in planned giving, plus knowledge of estate planning and charitable gift vehicles.
