Role summary
Provide a friendly, efficient first point of contact for Plantlife members, supporters and the public, responding to enquiries by phone and email. You will use the CRM database and Excel to support membership, fundraising and financial administration, and help organise online and in-person events. The role involves sharing responsibility for accurate database records and working with the Supporter Relationship Manager and wider team to deliver a positive supporter experience.
