Role summary

Provide landlords and tenants in South Yorkshire with practical advice on improving energy efficiency, addressing damp and mould, and decarbonising private rented homes through the Let Zero retrofit service. You’ll assess landlord portfolios, explain potential improvement pathways, handle enquiries and help users progress from advice to works. The role also involves promoting the service, organising engagement events, maintaining accurate records and developing partnerships with landlord groups and retrofit professionals. Applicants need Domestic Energy Assessor qualification, retrofit knowledge, excellent customer service and communication skills, and confidence explaining technical information clearly.
