Role summary
Join a small crew carrying out varied restoration, invasive-species and forestry work in Vermont and New Hampshire. Seasonal tasks include winter forest stand improvement using chainsaws, apple-tree pruning, upland stream restoration, forest inventories, management-plan development, carbon inventories, harvest-tree marking and boundary painting. Some work is solo, but most is in crews of three to six. Chainsaw training is provided; experience, training or a strong interest in chainsaw work is important.
