Role summary

Build and sustain grassroots power across a multi-state eastern region in support of the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance’s mission. The organiser will implement regional organising tactics, identify opportunities to influence decision-makers, recruit and develop advocates, and strengthen coalition and constituent relationships. The role sits within the Campaigns Department and works collaboratively with other programme teams. It is based in the Mid-Atlantic or Northeast, with access for regular travel to Washington, DC and Salt Lake City, or at SUWA’s Washington office.
