Role summary

Lead management of Staffordshire Wildlife Trust’s 11 nature reserves in the Staffordshire Moorlands, delivering practical habitat work to support nature recovery. You will work with staff, volunteers, contractors, local Friends groups and the district council, while contributing to the wider county reserves team. The role combines practical conservation, volunteer leadership and project management, as well as developing future opportunities with partners and communicating the results of the Trust’s work. An experienced, motivated conservation professional with strong relationship-building skills is sought.
