Role summary
Lead community-focused tree-planting programmes in Lewisham and neighbouring South London boroughs, spanning engagement, co-design, planting and ongoing tree care. You will manage programme schedules, milestones and budgets; oversee impact monitoring and reporting; and coordinate delivery with local authorities, schools, residents and community organisations. The role includes line-managing the Community Engagement team, supporting outreach and communications, maintaining partnerships and contributing to funding applications and fundraising strategy. Experience in programme management, team leadership and community engagement is essential.
