Role summary
Lead the Edinburgh delivery of the John Muir Way Green Skills programme, managing a cohort of trainees and delivering practical biodiversity training and enhancement projects on partner sites. You will line-manage and coach young people, agree their goals and review progress, coordinate external training and attendance, and work with council greenspace teams and community groups to identify projects. The post also contributes to programme evaluation, local budget management and promotion, and requires experience leading teams and supporting young people.
