Role summary

Manage green spaces across residential developments in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, combining contractor oversight with resident and community engagement. You’ll inspect sites, monitor grounds-maintenance performance, support landscape improvements and the handover of new development phases, and act as a contact for residents, developers and contractors. The role also includes organising community events, promoting local activities, monitoring budgets and processing purchase orders and invoices. Experience managing landscape or grounds-maintenance contracts, strong relationship-building and organisational skills, and confidence working independently are important.
