Role summary

Oversee the planning, staffing, delivery and evaluation of outdoor education and adventure-based programmes at NCOAE. The Program Director leads programme operations, recruitment and staff development, risk management, accreditation and budget oversight, and manages the Wilmington campus. The hands-on role combines administrative leadership with field involvement, professional networking and occasional overnight travel.
