Role summary

Lead the development phase of a Wales-wide orchard heritage programme and prepare the full funding application for its planned delivery years. You’ll manage plans, budgets, partners, consultants and funder liaison, while developing the application’s activity plan, evaluation approach and supporting documents. The role also covers reporting, evaluating pilot activities, securing match funding and developing delivery models for training and traineeships. Strong project and budget management, experience with complex funding bids, and partnership and monitoring-and-evaluation skills are required.
