Role summary
Provide operational leadership for the Wye and Usk Foundation, turning strategic priorities into plans and supporting managers to deliver them. You will oversee projects, programmes and resource planning; develop performance information and reporting; improve organisational systems; and strengthen people, culture, governance and risk management. Working closely with the executive team, trustees, funders and partners, you will help ensure commitments are met and resources are used effectively. Senior operational leadership, strong analytical and planning skills, and experience developing teams and processes are sought.
