Role summary
Lead Tir Natur as it moves from organisational development into delivering a landscape-scale rewilding site in Wales. Initially, you will strengthen the charity’s systems, team capacity and approach to measuring ecological and community impact. You will then guide its longer-term development by securing investment, building strategic partnerships and turning its ambitions into practical plans for the site and wider nature recovery. The role involves working with communities, land managers, public bodies and funders; fluent spoken Welsh is essential.
