Role summary

Build and manage a philanthropic fundraising pipeline for the Vermont Mountain Bike Association, working with the Executive Director, board, fundraising committee and staff. The Development Director will engage individuals, family offices, foundations and corporate donors to increase annual philanthropic support and advance the organisation’s strategic plan. This new role suits a self-directed, experienced fundraiser able to develop supporter relationships and coordinate fundraising across an organisation focused on mountain biking, advocacy, education and community stewardship.
