Role summary

Coordinate WWT’s project pipeline and assurance processes, helping conservation projects move consistently from initial ideas through delivery and closure. You will manage a team of Senior Administrators, maintain the Project Register, provide highlight reports to senior colleagues and guide Project Managers in using the organisation’s project framework. Success depends on building strong working relationships across departments and embedding clear, reliable processes. Applicants should have extensive knowledge of project management approaches, experience developing projects and the ability to lead a team through matrix working.
