Role summary

Provide customer support to people in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas as part of Warmworks’ busy service team. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to respond helpfully to customers. The employer is seeking an experienced customer service professional with a strong track record of delivering good service; experience supporting vulnerable customers is an advantage. The role is office-based in Edinburgh, with additional training and support available to build on your existing skills.
