Role summary

Lead WasteAid’s international programme portfolio, setting strategy, developing projects and ensuring high-quality delivery across its countries of operation. You’ll assess needs with country teams and partners, develop funding proposals, build partnerships and support programmes focused on waste reduction, circular-economy livelihoods and community-led resource management. The role also oversees impact measurement, programme budgets and forecasts, and the recruitment and development of the programmes team. You’ll represent WasteAid with donors, governments and other stakeholders, and provide visible leadership across the organisation’s international work.
