Role summary

Oversee stewardship of Westchester Land Trust’s protected lands and lead a growing team responsible for caring for both sites and the people connected to them. You will work across environmental, communications and development teams, managing a full-time Preserve Manager and coordinating staff, seasonal apprentices and specialist consultants. The portfolio includes forests, meadows, a rare floating bog and a major saltwater marsh. The role calls for experience in land stewardship and team leadership, with a commitment to high standards of care as the protected-land portfolio expands.
