Role summary

Lead communications for Westmill’s community-owned wind and solar cooperatives and its sustainable-energy charity. You’ll create newsletters, website content, press releases, social media posts and impact stories, maintain digital channels and monitor engagement. The role also involves planning events and visits, preparing materials, gathering feedback and strengthening relationships with members and local communities. You’ll need strong writing and organisational skills, experience producing digital content and confidence with website and design tools such as WordPress and Canva.
