Role summary

Manage the Wychwood Forest Trust’s land, nature reserves, public woodlands and restoration sites, while supporting volunteers and helping deliver habitat recovery. You will build relationships with local communities, landowners and conservation organisations to develop wildlife and restoration projects across the area. The Trust values practical conservation management experience and an interest in both traditional techniques and less prescriptive approaches such as rewilding. This is an opportunity to contribute to woodland and mosaic habitat recovery as the organisation takes on new sites and plans further work.
