Role summary
Lead the development and delivery of a multi-use route linking Garsdale Station with Hawes, coordinating colleagues, consultants and partners through planning, approvals and consultation. You will build relationships with landowners, farmers, community groups and local authorities, manage budgets and funding, and report progress to senior managers and elected members. The role calls for experience leading complex projects, securing external funding, interpreting legislation and negotiating with varied stakeholders, with an emphasis on accessible active travel.
